Brian Iroff
Brian Iroff is the owner of Iroff & Son Jewelers and a third-generation jeweler with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), he specializes in diamond selection, engagement rings, and guiding clients through important purchasing decisions. He began working in his family’s business as a teenager and has spent his career continuing that legacy. Brian is directly involved in working with clients every day, and the insights he shares reflect real-world experience and trusted expertise. Outside
of work, he is a proud husband and father of three.

Jennifer Boudrot
Jennifer Boudrot is the General Manager and a custom jewelry designer at Iroff & Son Jewelers, with over 20 years of experience creating bespoke fine jewelry. As a GIA Graduate in Diamonds, she blends technical knowledge with creativity, guiding each project from concept to completion. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Jennifer has built her career working across Atlanta’s fine jewelry market. Her perspective is shaped by decades of hands-on design work, gemstone sourcing, and close collaboration with clients on meaningful, one-of-a-kind pieces. When she’s not at the store, you’ll likely find her with her two incredibly cute and smart young children and her decent (but well-loved) dog.
GIA AJP, NASJ Graduate Bench Jeweler
Cassidy Bergeon
Cassidy Bergeon is a GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) and NASJ Graduate Bench Jeweler with over 10 years of experience in custom design, repair, and jewelry fabrication. Her background includes both hands-on bench work and formal training in diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry construction. She is known for creating designs that balance creativity with everyday wearability, as well as for helping clients restore and repurpose heirloom jewelry. Cassidy’s insights are grounded in real-world bench experience and direct client work. When not at work, she can be found cooking with her husband, spending time gardening, and antiquing for oddities to decorate her home.

What’s your favorite proposal or anniversary story?
I always thought it would be entertaining if someone took their fiancé to Busters’ to propose.
What advice do you have for a couple getting engaged?
Be patient. It will take you a long way.
What is your favorite stone and why?
Diamonds! I love how sparkly and durable they are.
Why are you in the jewelry business?
When we moved back to Georgia in the 1960’s my father-in-law gave me the opportunity to work at his store, Dobbs Jewelers. I’ve been in the industry ever
since.
Why do you work for Iroff & Son?
As the owner, I couldn’t imagine my life without the store. Working alongside family to make customers happy keeps me going.
Any personal notes or accomplishments you would like to share?
After years in the jewelry industry, in the 1980’s I took a risk and decided to go out on my own. I took the risk to go out on my own in the early eighties. Looking at how far the family business has come, I am glad I did.
