Repair Warranty

Iroff & Son Jewelers provides a ONE-YEAR (365-day) warranty from the date of pickup for the following repairs and services:

*Hollow chains cannot be warrantied.
**Some items may be covered by a manufacturer’s lifetime warranty.

Exclusions:

Items exhibiting excessive, neglectful, or extraordinary wear, as determined by Iroff & Son Jewelers, are not covered under this warranty.

Ready-to-wear merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in new, unworn condition, for a full refund to the original payment method.
- (Example: A Mastercard ending in 1234 will be refunded to the same Mastercard ending in 1234.)
Store credit may be offered for returns outside of the 14-day refund window or at management’s discretion.
No refunds on:
- Sized, altered, or worn items
- Special orders or custom work
  - (Any item we order specifically for you is a special order. Any item we create for you is custom work.)
- Shipping charges
- Discounted or sale items (All sale items are FINAL SALE.)
- Gift cards (Store gift cards are not redeemable for cash.)

Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are in new, unworn, and unaltered condition (including no sizing or modifications).
Exchanges will be for the full purchase amount (less any applicable shipping costs).
Store credit may be issued for exchanges outside of the 14-day window or at management’s discretion.
