Refund policy

Returns

Ready-to-wear merchandise made within 14 days of purchase, returned in “new” condition will receive a full refund issued back to the original payment method. (i.e. a purchase made using a Mastercard ending in 1234 will be refunded to that Mastercard ending in 1234)

No refunds on sized, altered, or worn items.

No refunds on special orders or custom work (any item we order for you is a special order, any item we create for you is custom work)

No refunds on Shipping 

No refunds on discounted or sale items. All Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

Any item exchanged within 14 days from the original purchase date in “new, unworn” condition that is unaltered or sized may be exchanged for the full purchase amount (less shipping when applicable).

We will exchange any item that was sold by us as a stock item from our showcase within 14 days of the delivery when accompanied by the original sales receipt, as long as it has not been worn or altered from its original showcase condition (including ring sizing.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Repair Warranty

Items that have been sized, rhodium plated, have had prong re-tipping/replacement, small stone replacement (less than .25ct), refinishing, stone tightening, and/or soldering* are warranted by Iroff & Son Jewelers for ONE YEAR (365 Days) from the date of pickup.

**Hollow Chains unfortunately cannot be warrantied.

**Some items are covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty

Anything exhibiting what Iroff & Son Jewelers deems “excessive, neglectful, or extraordinary wear” will not be warrantied.

Warranty

All merchandise sold from our showcases and jewelry repair done by Iroff & Son Jewelers is guaranteed for 1 year from the sale/ repair date. This guarantee includes such things as: stones not falling out or becoming loose, and the location we made or repaired will not break in the areas which we worked. Iroff and Son Jewelers will have the final decision in determining if the warranty issue is due to unreasonable wear or abuse.
